You will be the engine room for scaling our learner referral, promoter, and counsellor programs, using data and stakeholder collaboration to maximize impact.Key Responsibilities:- Growth Execution: Own and drive the day-to-day operations and growth of assigned growth channels (e.g., learner referral, promoter programs, counsellor networks). - Data Analysis & Reporting: Use exceptional Excel skills to track, analyze, and report on channel performance.
