The Opportunity :

We are searching for a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Engineer to join our growing team.

You will play a pivotal role in the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of our web applications.

This role offers the opportunity to work on complex technical challenges and contribute significantly to the company's growth.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement high-quality, scalable, and maintainable web applications using modern full-stack frameworks and technologies.

- Work collaboratively with front-end developers, back-end developers, designers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Develop robust and secure APIs for seamless integration between front-end and back-end services.

- Optimize application performance for speed, efficiency, and scalability.

- Implement unit, integration, and end-to-end tests for comprehensive code coverage.

- Troubleshoot and debug complex application issues.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in the full-stack development landscape.

- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers (for Lead positions).

- Provide technical leadership and guidance in defining and implementing architectural best practices (for Lead positions).

Qualifications :

- 9 -11 years of experience in full-stack development with a strong track record of building and delivering successful web applications.

- Proficiency in a variety of front-end technologies (e. g., HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular, Vue.js).

- Solid understanding of back-end development concepts and experience with server-side languages (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js).

- Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (optional, but a plus).

- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) a strong plus.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.

- Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.

- Passion for building innovative and user-friendly web applications.
