Mainframe Developer with strong expertise in CICS (Customer Information Control System) to join our Cloud Migration team.

As a Mainframe Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and implementing mainframe applications using CICS and other related technologies.

You should have a deep understanding of mainframe architecture, CICS transaction processing, and be able to troubleshoot and optimize existing systems.

Must have Skills :

- 6+ years of experience in development of Mainframe screens

- Understanding of CICS build processes.

- Familiarity with DB2 database queries

- Ability to analyze and document the business functionality.

- Participate in design, development, testing and implementation activities.

- Good communication skill

Good to Have :

- Experience in application development on IBM Mainframe Tech stack - JCL, COBOL, DB2, VSAM, TSQ, TDQ, MQ.

- Conversant with Mainframe Tools - Control-M Scheduler, ChangeMan, Xpeditor, Abend Aid etc.

- Be proactive to stay 100% productive and Independently deliver on technical changes. (most important)

- Good Communication Skill required to work with DBAs, Infrastructure Admins and Cross LOB Application SMEs to testing coordination .

- Open to gain expertise and contribute to projects on new Tools and Technologies.

- Follow the SDLC process defined in the team and Support releases and BAU work

- Working Experience in Mainframe Cost Reduction, Performance Tuning and Migration programs.

- Knowledge of Investment Banking Domain - Post trade - including Cash payments

- Agile practices (SCRUM, JIRA workflow)
