From traditional Chettinad diamond jewellery to contemporary high jewellery creations, we bring together the finest diamonds, rare gemstones, and cutting-edge technology to set benchmarks in craftsmanship and innovation.Role: Senior Diamond Jewellery Designer (On-site, Bengaluru)We are looking for a visionary Senior Designer who can translate imagination into timeless jewellery. This is not a routine design role; it’s a chance to shape collections that carry both Indian heritage and global relevance. You will work hand-in-hand with our master craftsmen and production teams, guiding concepts from sketch to showroom.Your role will include:- Conceptualising and designing world-class diamond jewellery collections. - Leading bespoke design journeys. - Collaborating closely with production to maintain uncompromising design integrity. - Tracking and interpreting international design trends to stay ahead of the curve. - Mentoring and upskilling junior designers, raising the creative standard of the team.Qualifications- Strong expertise in diamond and gemstone jewellery design (portfolio required). - Hands-on experience with both CAD and manual design techniques. - Ability to mentor, train, and inspire design teams. - Excellent communication and collaborative skills. - Meticulous attention to detail, with a balance of creativity and commercial awareness. - Bachelor’s degree in Jewellery Design or related field preferred. - Minimum 5–7 years of proven design experience in fine or high jewellery houses.Why Join UsAt Vijay Gems & Jewellery, you won’t just be designing ornaments — you’ll be crafting pieces that carry emotion, heritage, and global aspirations.
