About the Role :

We are looking for a Lead UX/UI Designer who will be the creative force behind our digital productsdesigning intuitive, visually stunning, and user-friendly experiences for a global audience. Youll blend strategic thinking with hands-on design, leading UX efforts while collaborating with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to build exceptional financial experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead user research, persona creation, and journey mapping.

- Design wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI for fintech products.

- Build and evolve a scalable design system ensuring consistency.

- Conduct usability testing and translate feedback into improvements.

- Ensure accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Required Experience :

- 10+ years of UX/UI experience with a strong portfolio (fintech/trading preferred).

- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.

- Experience creating and maintaining design systems.

- Strong understanding of user-centered design, usability, and accessibility.

- Ability to simplify complex financial concepts into elegant designs.

- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
