COMPANY: Leading Multinational Manufacturer DESIGNATION :Manager Production - Offset Printing and Digital Printing LOCATION:India SALARY:Takehome USD 2,500 - 3,500 + Accommodation and BenefitsOVERVIEW: Our client is a leading multinational manufacturer looking for an accomplishedManager Production - Offset Printing and Digital Printing . The role demands a blend of technical expertise and leadership skills to ensure smooth production workflows, adherence to quality standards, and timely delivery. The Manager will be responsible for guiding production teams, optimizing processes, troubleshooting machinery, and driving continuous improvement across printing and finishing functions.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee the entire offset and digital printing production cycle, including finishing operations, to achieve efficiency, quality, and cost targets. Provide hands-on technical guidance in printing and finishing, ensuring that machines operate at peak performance. Address production challenges swiftly to minimize downtime and meet delivery deadlines. Conduct troubleshooting and carry out minor equipment repairs to maintain uninterrupted production. Work closely with Pre-press teams to ensure artwork and designs meet required color accuracy and print standards. Train, mentor, and upskill team members in printing technologies, finishing processes, and ink management. Implement and monitor quality assurance measures to maintain high print standards and reduce errors. Continuously assess and improve production processes, focusing on waste reduction and productivity enhancement.PRE - REQUISITES: Diploma / BSC or vocational qualification in Printing Technology is essential. At least 10 years of practical experience in theoffset printing industry , with 5+ years in a leadership capacity. Solid technical expertise in offset and digital printing equipment, with proven ability in troubleshooting and maintenance. Hands-on experience with major offset printing machines (e.g.,Heidelberg, Komori, or equivalent)and HP digital presses
