We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales person to join our team. This job provides an opportunity for MBA, BBA, or other relevant degree holders in India to gain hands-on experience in sales, customer acquisition, and the tech industry.


You will play a key role in promoting our web development services to generate leads in the USA market.


Key Responsibilities

Conduct Outbound Cold Calls: Reach out to potential clients in the USA to introduce our web development services and identify their needs.

Schedule Meetings: Arrange appointments and consultations.

Follow-Up Communications: Engage with leads through follow-up calls and emails to nurture relationships and advance them through the sales funnel.


Qualifications

Educational Background: Recently graduated from an MBA, BBA, or other relevant degree program in India.

English Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with a clear and professional accent.

Soft Skills: Strong persuasive abilities, resilience, excellent listening skills, and the ability to handle objections effectively.

Basic Sales Skills: Understanding of sales principles and a willingness to learn effective cold calling techniques.

Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and stay motivated to achieve targets.

Technical Requirements: Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for making calls during USA business hours.
