We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter with proven expertise in hiring for startups and DeepTech roles. This is a critical role where you will drive end-to-end recruitment for engineering-heavy positions in fast-paced, high-growth environments. You will play a key role in scaling teams for startups operating in niche and highly technical domains.

Your Impact:
- Deep Sourcing Expertise: Build and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify top-tier talent for highly technical and leadership roles in startups.
- Technical Role Familiarity: Effectively engage with hiring managers to understand role-specific requirements for software engineers, system architects, cloud experts, and other technical profiles critical to startups.
- Startup Focus: Drive recruitment efforts for early-stage startups, ensuring a clear understanding of their unique talent requirements, pace, and culture.
- Screening & Assessment: Conduct in-depth candidate evaluations to ensure alignment with technical skill requirements and cultural fit for startup environments.
- Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of highly skilled candidates for a range of technical positions, ensuring readiness for immediate hiring needs.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with startup founders, CTOs, and hiring managers to refine job descriptions, set hiring benchmarks, and drive hiring success.
- Metrics-Driven Approach: Use data to track and improve sourcing funnels, offer acceptance rates, and time-to-hire, ensuring the recruitment process is efficient and impactful.
What you'll bring to the table:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in technical recruitment, with a strong focus on startup hiring.
- DeepTech Hiring Expertise: Experience hiring for highly technical roles such as backend engineers, full-stack developers, DevOps, cloud architects, and distributed systems engineers.
- Startup Ecosystem Knowledge: Understanding of startup cultures, challenges, and the dynamics of scaling technical teams from the ground up.
- Proactive Sourcing: Expertise in sourcing candidates through a variety of channels, including , GitHub, technical forums, and professional networks.
- Candidate Assessment: Strong ability to evaluate candidates' technical skills and potential to succeed in high-demand startup roles.
- Ownership & Agility: Ability to independently manage recruitment pipelines in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
Good-to-Have:
- Proven track record of closing niche technical roles within aggressive timelines.
- Strong network within the DeepTech, engineering, and startup ecosystems.
- Experience recruiting for high-bar startups or product companies.
