RMG Associate

Job Description:

• Assist in monitoring and managing resource utilization across multiple projects and departments.
• Maintain resource allocation records and ensure data accuracy in resource management systems.
• Coordinate with department leads to identify current and future staffing needs.
• Support in forecasting resource demand and resolving resource conflicts.
• Help prepare reports on resource availability, usage, and performance metrics.
• Facilitate onboarding and offboarding of project resources.
• Communicate regularly with project managers to understand staffing and capacity challenges.
• Ensure alignment between resource availability and project requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in resource planning processes.

Role:

• 4+Years of Experience in Resource management
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and resource management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, SAP, MS Project, D365).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
