Randstad Enterprise is seeking meticulous and dedicated Quality Assurance Auditors to join our team in Hyderabad for the night shift. In this role, you will ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance across our processes, contributing to the continuous improvement of our operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed audits of processes, products, and systems to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify areas of improvement and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and monitor their effectiveness.
  • Document audit findings and prepare comprehensive reports for management review.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in quality assurance.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in quality assurance, preferably in a RPO/BPO industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work night shifts.
  • Willingness to work on 1 year fixed term contract.
