Role Description

The Influencer Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing influencer campaigns, building and maintaining relationships with a network of influencers, monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, and reporting insights to the team and clients. This is a full-time role.

We seek a highly motivated individual who will drive our influencer marketing strategy forward.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Identify, recruit and manage influencer campaigns.
  • Handle client relationships from start to finish.
  • Foster relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders.
  • Contribute to growing Mezink's creator community.
  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns.
  • BUILD strategic relationships with leading talent management agencies throughout India.
  • Discover innovative methods to maximize brand awareness & user acquisitions for brand campaigns.
  • Research industry experts, competitors, target audience and users.
  • Create content ideas and produce accurate content.
  • BRAINSTORM new approaches for influencer campaigns.

Requirements

  • Graduate with at least 1-2 years of experience
  • Experience in influencer marketing is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships
  • Strong project management skills for handling multiple campaigns
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
