If you are a strategic thinker with a strong technical understanding of data and AI, a customer-centric mindset, and a proven track record of delivering successful products, we want to hear from you.What You'll Be Responsible For:- Define the product roadmap and success metrics for your ownership areas in alignment with company vision, customer needs, and market trends. - Conduct thorough market research, user interviews, and data analysis to identify unmet needs and opportunities for data and AI-driven solutions. - Transform user needs and business requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering and data science teams. - Conduct detailed market research and customer validation to demonstrate the ROI of different product opportunities prior to investment. - Effectively prioritize features and initiatives based on business value, technical feasibility, and user impact, ensuring a well-defined and groomed product backlog. - Partner with Engineering to ensure requirements are clear, user stories are written, and acceptance criteria followed per agile software development principles. - Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of data and AI products, iterating based on data-driven insights. - Ensure that all data and AI products are developed and deployed with a strong focus on data privacy, security, and ethical considerations. - Clearly and concisely communicate product plans, progress, and results to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. - Engage with customers frequently to share the roadmap, collect feedback, and develop a deep understanding of their needs and challenges. - Engage with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams frequently to collect feedback, collaborate on solutions, and drive product adoption and engagement. - Continuously research and evaluate emerging trends and technologies in data science, machine learning, and AI to identify opportunities for innovation.What You’ll Need:- 5-7+ years product management experience in the Big Data, Business Intelligence or Data Analytics space - Strong understanding of data science principles, machine learning algorithms, and AI technologies. - Experience working with large datasets, data pipelines, and cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). - Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise product requirements and user stories. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. - A customer-centric mindset with a passion for solving user problems. - Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across diverse teams. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus
