We’re a fast-growing B2B tech startup with strong founders backed by engineering and AI/ML expertise — and we’re looking for a passionate Full-Stack Engineer who is excited to build innovative AI-driven products at scale.About the RoleAs a Full-Stack Engineer , you will play a pivotal role in building the core mPrompto platform from backend services and data pipelines to frontend interfaces and AI-integrated workflows. You’ll work closely with AI/ML , product and design teams to deliver high-performance and scalable systems that power intelligent customer experiences.Key responsibilitiesCore Application & API DevelopmentBuild and maintain scalable REST and GraphQL APIsDevelop backend services using Python (FastAPI/Django) and Node.js (Express)Design and optimize relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL)Write robust automated tests (Pytest)Build data ingestion pipelines using Kinesis/SQS or similarWork with AWS Glue & PySpark for ETL processingManage data in S3 & query analytical systems like Redshift/Snowflake/AthenaUse Redis for caching and performance optimizationIntegrate AI workflows using LangChain or similar frameworksWork with vector databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB) for RAG systemsDeploy and manage services on AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, API Gateway)Build Docker-based deployments and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions)Configure Nginx and maintain Git-based workflowsCore skills expected2+ years of full-stack engineering experienceDeep expertise in Python and Node.js/TypeScriptProven experience in scalable API design and backend architectureStrong understanding of ETL pipelines and cloud-first systemsHands-on experience integrating LLM-based features in real productsFamiliarity with distributed systems and performance-oriented engineeringAbility to thrive in fast-paced startup environments & ship quicklyWhat are we offeringBe a part of the company going global .. creating real ownership & impactWork closely with AI/ML experts and a highly ambitious founding teamBuild cutting-edge AI-native systems and scale themGrow fast with a startup mentality and shape a category-defining productHave your ideas valued and executed to real customers
