You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the platform meets business needs and aligns with ITIL best practices.Roles & Responsibilities:1. Configuration and Customization:- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules based on business requirements.- Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.2. System Administration:- Perform routine system administration tasks, including user management, access control, and data maintenance.- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.3. Integration:- Implement and manage integrations between ServiceNow and other third-party applications.- Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless data flow.4. ITOM Configuration and development:- Development, testing, implementation and management in ITOM - CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping and event management- Design technical solutions in various modules of ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM5. Upgrades and Patch Management:- Collaborate with the technical team to plan and execute ServiceNow upgrades.- Manage patching and ensure the platform is up to date.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Administrator.- ServiceNow certification(s) preferred.- Strong understanding of ITOM processes and ITIL framework.- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Preferred Skills:- ServiceNow administration and development.- Experience with ServiceNow ITOM and ITSM modules.- Scripting languages such as JavaScript.- ITIL best practices.- Integration with third-party tools.- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
