Job Description: Product Manager – Monetization Location: Hyderabad (work from office)Need immediate JoinersInterested Candidates can fill the form- https://forms.office.com/r/VFSZZL8h0WAbout the Role We are looking for an experiencedProduct Managerto own and drive the end-to-end lifecycle of our monetization systems, including our order management system, payment journeys. flows for renewals, referrals, and upgrades. The ideal candidate should have a strongunderstanding of payment flows, e-commerce transactions, referral programs, and subscription renewals , with adata-driven and user-centricapproach to solving problems. You will work cross-functionally withengineering, sales, finance, and customer supportteams to enhance system capabilities and improve conversion rates.Key ResponsibilitiesOrder Management & Payments Own and enhance theOrder Management System (OMS)to ensure a smoothcheckout, payment, and transaction experience . Collaborate withengineering and financeteams to optimizepayment gateway integrations, invoicing, and refundsand improvepayment success rates . Ensure compliance withlocal and international regulationsrelated to payments and transactions. Referrals & Growth Initiatives Design and managecustomer referral programs, upgrades and renewal journeysthat drive organic growth and engagement. Implement seamlessauto-renewal, subscription management, and upgradeexperiences across user segments. Trackchurn patternsand optimize renewal flows to improve conversion rates. User Experience & Data-Driven Decision Making Analyze user behavior, payment drop-offs, andconversion funnel metricsto continuously improve the order and payment experience. Conduct A/B tests and iterate on referral, upgrade, and renewal flows based ondata insights . Gather feedback fromcustomers, sales teams, and support teamsto drive product improvements.Qualifications & Experience 4+ years of experience inproduct management , preferably inpayments, e-commerce, or fintech . Engineering background is a must. Strong understanding oforder management systems, payment gateways, and revenue operations . Experience in designingreferral, upgrade, and renewalprograms that drive growth. Stronganalytical mindset ,problem-solving and stakeholder managementskills, with experience working in cross-functional teams. Prior experience withA/B testing, conversion optimization, and payment failure recovery strategiesis a plus.
