Job Summary:

- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our client team in Lagos, Nigeria.

- The ideal candidate should have a hardcore sales background with 3-4 years of experience in the FMCG sector.

- Candidates from second-tier colleges are encouraged to apply.

- This role requires someone who is ready to relocate to Nigeria and take on the challenge of driving sales growth in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase market share and achieve sales targets.

- Identify and build relationships with key distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.

- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging trends.

- Lead and motivate a team of sales executives to drive performance.

- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.

- Work closely with marketing teams to design and implement promotional campaigns.

- Ensure timely collections and credit control from customers.

- Manage inventory and distribution to optimize product availability.

Key Requirements:

- 3-4 years of hardcore sales experience in FMCG.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

- Willingness to relocate to Lagos, Nigeria.

Preferred Qualifications:

- MBA from a second-tier college in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Prior experience in an African market is an added advantage.
