We are looking for Data Architect with 11+ years of strong experience in the Databricks area.


Job responsibilities include

  • Spark Streaming/Batch
  • AWS/Azure/GCP
  • Databricks mandate
  • Java/Python/Scala
  • Microservices Architecture
  • Exposure to API Management


Technology Stack:

  • Spark Streaming/Batch
  • AWS/Azure/GCP (at least one)
  • Data bricks (Must have)
  • Java/Python/Scala (At least one)
  • Microservices Architecture (Good to have)
  • Exposure to API Management (Must-have)
  • Proficiency with Data Processing: Data bricks, Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Scala, Python, PySpark.
  • Architect experience in Data Migration Or Data Modernization Projects.
  • Architectural experience with Data bricks, AWS or Azure Or GCP and Big Data (Hadoop Cloudera Mapr Hortonworks).
  • Design low-latency, highly-performance data analytics applications
  • Extensive experience with messaging and stream processing on Kafka/Kinesis/EventHub
  • Experience on automated data pipelines to synchronize and process complex data streams
  • Strong experience working on Event Driven Architecture.
  • Strong knowledge on optimizing workloads developed using Spark/Glue/EMR/Data Factory
  • Experience in at least one popular programming language – python/Scala/Java
  • Strong analytic skills in working with structured, semi-structured, and unstructured datasets.
  • Expertise in at least one popular cloud provider, preferably AWS is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of any RDBMS/NoSQL database with strong SQL writing skills
  • Experience with Data warehouse tools like Snowflake and Redshift is a plus.
  • Experience with any one ETL tool is a plus
  • Good at ETL architecture. Business rules processing and data extraction from Data Lake into data streams for business consumption.
  • Experience in Deployment and migration of various workloads to Cloud services from traditional infrastructure or other Clouds.
  • Familiarity with the DevOps framework
  • Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle, source code management, code reviews, etc.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across global teams
