Job Title: Dashboard AnalystDuration: Contract/Full TimeNotice Period: Immediate to 15 Days onlyExperience: 6+ yearsMode: RemoteShift Timing: 2:30 PM - 11:30 PMResponsibilities:Dashboard Development:Design, build, and implement a Cyber Operations dashboard to replace the current manual dashboard/PowerPoint reportingRequirements Gathering:Research and document all existing data sources, workflows, and processes used in the current reporting methodAutomation:Define what “automated” means in the context of Cyber Ops reportingDevelop a dashboard that automatically pulls and aggregates data from multiple cyber-related sources, including (but not limited to) firewall, endpoint, router, and vulnerability management systemsIncorporate automated escalation notifications, alerts, and key highlights into the dashboardData Integration and Storage:Identify and configure storage for incoming data—potentially SharePoint, or other platforms as neededTooling:Likely leverage Power BI (or a similar data visualization platform) to build the new dashboardKnowledge Transfer and Support:Provide documentation and light post-production support following go-liveCollaboration:Work with senior engineers, cyber analysts, and leadership to ensure accuracy, usability, and long-term sustainability of the dashboardQualifications:Experience designing dashboards and data visualizations (Power BI preferred)Understanding of data flows, automation concepts, and multi-source data integrationBasic familiarity with cybersecurity data (firewall, endpoint, vulnerability, routing data) a plusStrong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skillsAbility to work independently and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholdersInterest in Cyber Operations and willingness to learn existing data workflows
