We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager with strong experience in the fintech domain. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of strategic thinking, customer-centric mindset, and hands-on execution ability. You will play a key role in driving product vision, strategy, and delivery in alignment with business goals.Key Responsibilities :- Define, own, and execute the product roadmap aligned with company objectives.- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to identify new opportunities and improve existing offerings.- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, and business teams to deliver innovative fintech products.- Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories.- Drive end-to-end product lifecycle management from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.- Monitor product performance using data-driven insights and continuously refine product strategies.- Stay updated with fintech trends, regulations, and innovations to maintain a competitive edge.Key Requirements :- 3+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in fintech or digital banking/payments/lending/wealth management.- Graduate/Postgraduate from a Tier-1 institute.- Strong understanding of fintech ecosystem, regulatory frameworks, and customer behavior.- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and data-driven decision-making skills.- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment.- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skillsGood to Have :- Prior experience in scaling fintech products.- Knowledge of APIs, digital payments, or financial compliance.- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
