The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience indata visualization, dashboard optimization, data modelling, and performance tuningacross multiple BI platforms.Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deployinteractive dashboards and reportsin Tableau and Power BI. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data and reporting needs. Optimize BI solutions forperformance, scalability, and usability . Build and maintaindata models, calculations, and visualizationsthat provide actionable insights. Integrate BI tools with data sources likeSnowflake, Databricks, SQL Server, GCP, AWS, or Azure . Ensuredata accuracy, governance, and securityin reporting environments. Support migration, enhancement, or modernization of existing BI platforms. Mentor junior developers and contribute tobest practices and BI governance frameworks .Required Skills & Experience: 10+ yearsof total experience inBusiness Intelligence and Data Visualization . Strong hands-on experiencewithTableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Power BI . Expertise inSQLand strong understanding ofdata modelling, ETL concepts, and data warehouse design . Experience withcloud data platforms(Snowflake, Databricks, GCP BigQuery, AWS Redshift, or Azure Synapse). Proven ability toanalyze complex dataand present insights in a clear, visual manner. Knowledge ofperformance tuning, parameters, calculations, and LOD expressionsin Tableau. Experience inPower BI DAX, Power Query, and workspace management . Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Qualifications: Tableau and/or Power BIcertification(Desktop Specialist, Data Analyst, etc.) Experience withPython / R for data visualization or analytics integration . Exposure toAgile methodologyand version control tools likeGit .Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree inComputer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics , or related field.
