Hudini powers seamless guest experiences through mobile, web, TV, and kiosks enabling contactless check-in, hyper-personalization, and intelligent automation for hotels and their guests.Role Overview :We are looking for an experienced Architect / GoLang Lead to drive the technical vision, architecture, and execution of our core platform. This role combines hands-on coding in GoLang with architectural leadership, ensuring scalability, performance, and seamless integration across our systems.Key Responsibilities :- Define and own the technical architecture for Hudinis SaaS platform.- Lead and mentor backend teams working primarily with GoLang.- Collaborate with product and engineering managers to align architecture with business needs.- Ensure scalability, reliability, and security in system design.- Drive best practices in coding, design, testing, deployment, and documentation.- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to keep the platform future-ready.Requirements :- 10+ years of software development experience, with strong expertise in GoLang.- Proven experience designing and scaling cloud-native applications on AWS.- Deep understanding of Go concurrency (goroutines, channels) and logging frameworks.- Hands-on experience with Go frameworks and tooling (e.g., Gin, Swagger, SQLx, GoMod, Testify, GoLang Migrate).- Strong background in multi-system integrations (e.g., PMS, POS, IoT, third-party APIs).- Solid understanding of microservices, APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL, DynamoDB, RDS), and event-driven architectures.- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) for deploying and scaling services.- Strong leadership and mentoring skills; ability to guide mid-level and junior developers.- Proficiency in Git and ability to produce clear, self-sufficient documentation.- Exposure to ReactJS / React Native front-ends is a plus.- Prior experience in hospitality tech or other integration-heavy environments is desirable.Why Join Us :- Shape the future of a global hospitality SaaS platform.- Work on complex, large-scale integrations in a fast-growing environment.- Lead high-impact projects with real-world outcomes in luxury hotels worldwide.If this sounds like you, then dont miss this opportunity Send us your resume, portfolio link, and a cover letter that tells us why you are the best person for this role.
