We're looking for a high-energy, results-driven Zonal Sales Manager to drive direct and partner-led growth in your assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and achieve revenue targets for cybersecurity services (SOC, VAPT, GRC, ASM).
- Prospect and close medium to large enterprise deals across verticals.
- Leverage your CISO/CTO/CIO network to drive pipeline from Day 1.
- Conduct discovery, map customer needs, and pitch tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to scope managed services and advisory solutions.
- Present value through demos, whiteboards, PoVs, and workshops.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and drive upsell/cross-sell.
- Represent NopalCyber in client meetings, partner forums, and industry events.
- Work with channel partners to co-sell and expand regional presence.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting and CRM hygiene.
What We're Looking For:
- 8+ years in solution/technology sales, with 5+ years in cybersecurity (preferred).
- Experience selling MSSP, SOC, or security consulting services is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with MDR, SIEM, VAPT, Threat Intel, EDR/EPP, Cloud Security.
- Understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and cloud architectures.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Self-driven, customer-focused, and passionate about cybersecurity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Proven individual contributor with a track record of quota achievement
- Comfortable engaging CXOs and navigating complex buying cycles
