Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated MIS Executive with expertise in Tally to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, junior-level position demanding a minimum of 1 year's work experience. The ideal candidate will manage and analyze business data to support our operations using tools such as Tally ERP 9 and Advanced Excel.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 is essential for handling accounting and financial tasks efficiently.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including the use of functions like VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables, are required for data management and analysis.
  • Experience in SQL for querying and managing databases is highly valued to support data analysis needs.
  • Strong capability in data analysis to interpret complex datasets and extract actionable insights.
  • Expertise in creating comprehensive financial reports to support decision-making processes.
  • Ability to design and implement dynamic dashboards to visualize data and track key performance indicators.
  • Understanding of financial principles to ensure accuracy in reporting and analysis.
  • Attention to detail and precision in handling financial data and business intelligence operations is mandatory.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions through Tally ERP 9, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.
  • Develop advanced Excel reports, incorporating VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables, to summarize and present data for management review.
  • Utilize SQL to perform queries and data extractions, aiding in the comprehensive data analysis process.
  • Create detailed financial reports and dashboards to support business decisions and strategies.
  • Collaborate with different teams to understand their data needs and provide accurate analyses and solutions.
  • Regularly update and maintain data accuracy in all financial reporting documents and dashboards.
  • Identify trends and patterns in complex data sets to support business improvements and efficiencies.
  • Assist in customizing and optimizing data capture and reporting processes for enhanced operational effectiveness.
