What will you do?
1. Strategize and identify enterprises within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance seeking capability building in their workforce.
2. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the BFSI industry, including market dynamics, competitive landscape, and key industry players.
3. Leverage industry knowledge to identify potential clients and pitch tailored solutions to senior-level executives (CXOs, HR heads, and decision-makers).
4. Engage with senior-level executives to initiate discussions.
5. Generate leads from marketing and lead-generation efforts.
6. Strategically plan and prioritize travel schedules to maximize face-to-face interactions with C-level executives of target enterprises.
7. Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
8. Implement rigorous follow-up strategies to convert leads into successful business engagements.
9. Consistently meet targets for input activities, conversions, and revenue.
10. Monitor and report on key metrics regularly.
11. Work closely with internal teams to align client goals with AntWalk's L&D offerings, ensuring delivery of impactful learning solutions that result in tangible business results.
What skills do you need?
1. A bachelor's degree in sales or a related field. MBA from Tier 1,2 institutes preferred.
2. 4-6 years of experience in banking sales or Fintech companies or insurance, particularly in the B2B division is preferred.
3. Experience in offering products or services to BFSI clients is a plus.
4. Willingness to travel extensively across the country.
5. Demonstrated success in lead generation, deal closure, and managing key accounts.
6. Strategic thinking and planning skills, with a focus on delivering value-added solutions to clients.
7. Enthusiasm for the startup space and open to learning and adapting to changes in the startup ecosystem.
