Results (What will I be accountable for?) and ActivitiesKey Result AreasActivities (What will I do?)Product DevelopmentSoftware Development- Develop/ Refactor the Legacy C++ Code to international standards and compliance - Develop a Machine Learning Model to train and deploy along the product to identify the faults of the engine or any rotating equipment and the RUL(Remaining Useful Life). - Develop and maintain WebServer Code to handle the UI using PHP, React, Node. - Develop and maintain License Portal, WebSite and other CRM Tools. - Enterprise standard code maintenance and management. - Implementation of Scalable Architecture for Product and Platforms.Software Development & Testing- Integration and feature enhancement to the Vib360 & WebServer code. - Study & understanding of Vib360 & WebServer code. - Development and maintenance of different UI, and Testing of Version releases.Hardware & Firmware Management (Optional)- Linux Based Management in Embedded Hardware - External hardware integration. - Testing and Software Installation in Embedded HardwareIoT & DevOps:- Data processing into Cloud- AWS - Deployment in AWS AI LLM - OpenAI Integrations into the IoT Platform for Chatbot Development - Continuous Development & Deployment for IoT Application hosted in AWS - Manage the data in servers and provide 100% uptimeCertifications & Standards:- Cyber security standards and Data Security Standards like ISO27001Project ManagementVib360 Installations: As and when required to understand client.- Train service team to deliver installation at sites - Manage data at site for the trending and reports - Perform installations self and train customers at their locationCustomer Support:- Troubleshooting hardware or software issues at sites - Training to Customer and Share Monthly reportsKnowledge/Skills/Behaviors the Candidate Should Possess:Knowledge/Skills/BehaviorsMust Have (M)/ Nice to Have(N)Behaviors (Technical and Non-Technical):- Team Player - Their personal values in life should align with Neptunus’ core values of Accountability, Excellence, Integrity, Safety, Teamwork and Stakeholder DelightKnowledge (Functional and Non-Technical):- Strong operational expertise in areas mentioned above - 3+ years of engineering Experience in a service or product industry - Reader and Implementer of industry-leading People Practices Trends and Industry DynamicsSkills (Functional and Non-Technical):- Organized, process oriented with strong planning, project management and execution skills. - Ability to articulate thoughts and ideas, make presentations and drive corporate communications - Technology Savvy: - Experience of working in product teams - Working with building product teamsChallenges of the Role- Handling multiple domains of engineering - Electronics, Coding, Mechanical, IT Systems - Product Development and Project management requires two different mindsets to fit into the service business and business excellence - Developing business ideas along with technology ideas
