us:Metro Global Solution Center (MGSC) is internal solution partner for METRO, a 29.8 Billion international wholesaler with operations in 32 countries through 625 stores & a team of 91,000 people globally.Metro operates in a further 10 countries with its Food Service Distribution (FSD) business and it is thus active in a total of 34 countries.MGSC, location wise is present in Pune (India), D- sseldorf (Germany) and Szczecin (Poland).We provide HR, Finance, IT & Business operations support to 31 countries, speak 24+ languages and process over 18,000 transactions a day.We are setting tomorrows standards for customer focus, digital solutions, and sustainable business models.For over 10 years, we have been providing services and solutions from our two locations in Pune and Szczecin.This has allowed us to gain extensive experience in how we can best serve our internal customers with high quality and passion.We believe that we can add value, drive efficiency, and satisfy our customers.Website: Size: 600-650.Headquarters: Pune, Maharashtra, India.Type: Privately Held.Inception: 2011.Job Description:My Being the translator of AI & Automation Strategy to business and back to the AIA Platform and consult the organization to unlock the potential of AI & Automation.- Engage with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize potential AI and Automation use cases based on ROI metrics.- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and data-driven assessments across METRO organization, to define value propositions and feasibility for the use cases.- Translate business needs into actionable requirements, user stories, and value cases aligned with platform standards.- Ensure alignment of identified opportunities with strategic AI themes and portfolio priorities in line with AI Strategy.- Partner the Squad Lead on roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, and sprint readiness; support agile delivery and stakeholder management.- Partner with AIA Platform leadership team, to ensure consistency from ideation to benefit tracking.- Support KPI definition, value measurement, and quarterly reporting (QBRs).- Act as a local AI ambassador within the squads domain, promoting adoption and responsible use of AI solutions.- Support rollout, training, and communication of new AI and automation Specific Skills:- Subject Matter Expertise: Understands well its area of responsibility (AI & Automation), all related systems, processes and products.- Discovery: Conducts qualitative and quantitative research with the support of the Research team.- Applies the right methodologies to find out relevant information about the user and their problems and needs.- Data Driven Decision making: Number driven business opportunities identification, be able to set up value measurement concepts and interpret results from econometrically point of view.- Consultancy: Understands the demands of the internal client, selects and explains the right solution.- With the proactive behavior, being always a helping hand to solve with cutting-edge technology and bring new ideas to the stakeholder: One more thing mindset.- Business Requirements Analysis: Analyses the business requirements and transforms them into AI & Automation opportunities.- Communication: Conveys or shares ideas, feelings and information effectively using the most appropriate methods, tools and channels for the respective audience.- Process Architecture: Understands the big picture of AI & Automation product portfolio, how it first in METROs solution landscape and knows how it supports METRO's strategy, objectives and their measurement.
