Key Responsibilities :

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

- Act as a servant leader to the Agile team by removing impediments and fostering a collaborative environment.

- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

- Translate business needs into clear and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.

- Support the team in adhering to Agile best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Use project management tools such as Jira and Confluence to track progress and maintain documentation.

- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and clear communication across all phases of the project.

- Apply knowledge of software development lifecycle and Agile software delivery.

- Provide expertise and guidance on Dynamics 365 platform as it relates to business processes and solution Skills and Qualifications :

- 8+ years of overall experience including at least 2+ years as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with strong skills in requirements gathering and process analysis.

- In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.

- Strong facilitation and communication skills to engage with technical teams and business stakeholders effectively.

- Experience with Agile project management tools like Jira and Confluence.

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred.

- Hands-on experience or strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 is mandatory.

- Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams and drive team Qualifications :

- Experience working in complex, enterprise-level environments.

- Additional certifications in Business Analysis (CBAP or equivalent) are a plus.
