GradRight’s team possesses extensive domestic and international experience in the launch and scale-up of premier higher education institutions. It is led by alumni of IIT Delhi, ISB Hyderabad and BITS Pilani and University of Pennsylvania. GradRight is a Delaware, USA registered company with a wholly owned subsidiary in India.

Scope of Responsibilities:

  1. Anchor and lead the management of select international university partner accounts in the US, Canada, Australia, UK or any other country
  2. Ensure successful achievement of brand development and student engagement goals that our partners have for the Indian market:
  3. Anchor creation and execution of brand development and engagement plans while working closely with brand, performance and content marketing team members within the organization and faculty, students, officers of the partner university
  4. Drive the creation of the pipeline of applications of the right students for the university partner while working closely with our Program Managers and Student Success team members
  5. Communicate the progress of monthly/ quarterly initiatives and action items to internal teams and partners. Visit partners in their respective countries on a regular basis to strengthen relationships
  6. Help the partners engage with Indian media with the help of the PR team members and partner agencies
  7. Represent the university partners on important forums, as required
  8. Develop trusted and accountable relationships with key university stakeholders and handle partner concerns and ensure timely resolution
  9. Create new business opportunities with the existing university partners by understanding their needs and crafting new solutions from products and services available within GradRight
  10. Ensure successful renewals of contracts on the back of exceptional delivery on targets

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  1. A Master’s degree in Management, Higher-education Management, Mass Communications
  2. 8-10 years of experience in Brand Management, Higher-Education Marketing or Admissions
  3. Excellent communication and inter-personal skills to engage with international university reps, PR and communication agencies
  4. Experience in cross-functional collaboration
