What skills are we looking for ?


- 6+ years of experience as a Technical/IT Business Analyst or in a similar role.


- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and technical architecture.


- Proficient in writing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.


- Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma/Balsamiq, Visio, or similar.


- Familiarity with APIs, databases, and integration concepts is a plus.


- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.


- Analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Qualification Criteria and Skills :


- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

What would be your role and responsibilities ?


- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.


- Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements and create user stories/use cases.


- Prepare process flows, system diagrams, wireframes, and documentation as needed.


- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups in Agile/Scrum environments.


- Support product managers in roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, and impact analysis
