The Talent Associate will be responsible for hiring contractors on C2C/C2H, working with vendors and managing the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.The role involves creating strategies to attract top talent, maintaining candidate pipelines, and fostering relationships with hiring managers to understand their team requirements. Additionally, the Talent Associate will support HR operations and work collaboratively with the broader team to enhance DevLabs Technology’s talent acquisition practices.Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in C2C/C2H hiring is must Experience in Talent Acquisition (C2C and C2H is mandatory, only FTE experience will not work), including sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating offers. Knowledge of recruitment tools, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and candidate sourcing techniques. Strong communication, coordination with vendors, relationship management, and collaboration skills. Analytical thinking and the ability to assess job requirements and match candidates effectively. A proactive, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving and multitasking. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are a plus.
