We help organizations overcome language barriers through professional interpretation and translation services.Learn more: maven-interpreted.comThe RoleWe’re looking for a Tendering & Proposals Specialist to support our Malaysian, EU, and UAE operations. You’ll handle client quotations, tender submissions, and coordination between clients and our service delivery teams. This is a fully remote role for someone who’s detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working independently.What You’ll Do- Prepare and manage tender documents and submissions. - Create accurate quotes across multiple markets and currencies. - Coordinate client requirements with internal teams. - Maintain records, deadlines, and progress updates.What You’ll Bring- 2+ years of experience in client coordination, tenders, or account management. - Excellent English communication and strong numerical skills. - Organized, self-driven, and comfortable meeting deadlines. - Familiarity with Google Workspace, MS Office and remote team work platforms.You may apply if you have at least 2 years of experience in any of the following areas:- Project coordination or client services - Tendering, proposals, or documentation support - Administrative or executive assistance - Sales or quotation preparation - Procurement or vendor coordination - Operations or office managementWhat We Offer- Competitive base with monthly performance bonus & commission - Internet reimbursement - Flexible schedule - Paid sick leave - Comprehensive training & knowledge base access - Long-term loyalty bonus (after 12 months) - Fully remote workWork CultureWe value trust, independence, and balance — no evening, weekend, or holiday work.
