Job Description :

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to produce scalable software solutions. You'll be part of a cross-functional team that's responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment.

As a Full Stack Developer, you should be comfortable around both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries. You should also be a team player with a knack for visual design and utility.

Responsibilities :

- Frontend Development : Lead the development of robust and scalable front end solutions using ReactJs.

- Backend Development : Lead the development of robust and scalable backend solutions using Node.js.

- Architecture and Design : Make critical decisions regarding the architecture and design of React.js and Node.js applications, ensuring high performance and maintainability.

- API Development : Design and implement RESTful APIs to support various front-end functionalities.

- Database Integration : Collaborate with database administrators and integrate databases into Node.js applications.

- Code Review : Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and provide constructive feedback to team members.

- Testing : Unit Testing Software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency.

- Mentorship : Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, contributing to the growth and skill development of the team.

Requirements :

- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role

- Experience developing desktop and mobile applications

- Familiarity with common stacks

- Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (ReactJS, React Redux, Webpack, HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, jQuery)

- Strong Knowledge of NodeJS is required including writing queries on API level, API setup.

- Good to have experience on Java - SpringBoot and any other frontend frameworks but not necessary.

- Familiarity with databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis), web servers (e.g. Apache, Nginx) and UI/UX design

- Knowledge on Git, any VCS tools

- Take part in code reviews, design discussions, and product architectures.

- Work closely with design and founding team to share feedback and collaborate to meet deadlines

- Guide and Review Juniors work to help them work efficiently.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Great attention to detail
