Job Description:

They are seeking a Product Owner with a deep understanding of Decentralized Finance (DeFi) and Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) to lead the development and enhancement of our cutting-edge blockchain products. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional DeFi and NFT solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for DeFi and NFT products, aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including developers, designers, marketers, and executives, to gather and prioritize product requirements.
  • Develop detailed product specifications and user stories that clearly communicate the product needs and goals to the development team.
  • Lead the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of features.
  • Analyze market trends, user feedback, and competitive landscape to continuously improve and innovate product offerings.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for product-related queries and coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth product operations.
  • Monitor product performance and user engagement, leveraging analytics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in DeFi and NFT spaces, identifying new opportunities and potential partnerships.
  • Conduct regular product demonstrations and presentations to stakeholders, clients, and internal teams.


Requirements:

  • At Least 2 years of experience in DeFi and NFT circle
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in the blockchain, cryptocurrency, DeFi, or NFT industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Decentralized Finance (DeFi) protocols, smart contracts, yield farming, liquidity pools, and NFT standards (e.g., ERC-721, ERC-1155).
  • Excellent understanding of blockchain technology and its application in financial products and digital assets.
  • Experience in developing and launching blockchain-based products, particularly in the DeFi or NFT space.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in using product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Confluence).
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration) or equivalent work experience. Advanced degrees or certifications in blockchain technology are a plus.
