We're Hiring: Regional Manager (MFI/NBFC). Hiring for Multiple Locations. We are looking for an experienced Regional Manager to lead and scale our operations across multiple regions. This role is ideal for a senior professional with strong leadership skills and a background in microfinance or NBFC operations. Key Responsibilities:- Lead regional operations to meet business targets while ensuring service levels and financial metrics are consistently achieved.- Own and drive Disbursement, Collections, and HR metrics to support field performance.- Hire, train, mentor, and manage regional and area-level teams to build strong operational capability.- Ensure smooth coordination with internal departments including HR, Credit, Risk, and Collections.- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop sales growth plans and risk mitigation strategies.- Ensure compliance with all company policies, regulatory norms, and internal controls across regions.
