Role: Investment Consultant/ Immigration Counsellor (Inside Sales)

Location: Bengaluru/ Ahmedabad

Responsibilities:

Client Engagement:

• Deliver high-quality client service and meet engagement commitments on time.
• Assist in data gathering, document preparation, and submission of client deliverables (including immigration documents).
• Analyze client information to prepare conclusions and recommendations.
• Maintain updated records in the tracking system and document tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Communicate proactively with senior team members to ensure timely project delivery.

Team Collaboration:

• Contribute to team goals and participate in feedback processes.
• Support practice-wide initiatives such as recruiting, learning, and client relationship management.
• Build effective relationships with team members, clients, and the immigration community.

Market Insights:

• Identify business opportunities and support client pursuits.
• Conduct research to stay informed of market trends and contribute to account planning.

Skills and Attributes:

• Stay informed of current immigration developments.
• Document tasks, timelines, and resource requirements to clarify project scope and scale.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Basic commercial awareness.
• Good presentation skills.

Qualifications:

• Experience as an enthusiastic team member.
• Some experience in business immigration.
• Basic organizational and prioritization skills, including the ability to manage multiple assignments and work under pressure.
• Strong IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), BIT, and local visa preparation software.
