The ideal candidate should be proficient in Risk, Compliance, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management (VRM), along with expertise in workspace, portal, and integration development.This role demands a strong balance of technical skills and business understanding to design solutions that align with organizational compliance and regulatory objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesServiceNow GRC/IRM Implementation- Design, configure, and deploy GRC modules such as Policy & Compliance, Risk, VRM, and Audit Management - Customize workflows, dashboards, and reports to meet business requirementsWorkspace & Portal Development- Develop and enhance IRM Workspaces and Service Portals - Build custom catalog items, forms, and widgets for GRC processesScripting & Customization- Develop client/server-side scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, etc.) - Ensure performance, maintainability, and scalability of custom solutionsIntegration- Implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers - Troubleshoot and optimize integration workflowsSystem Administration & Support- Manage upgrades, platform maintenance, and user support - Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance platform usability and adoptionRequired Skills✅ Hands-on experience with ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules – Risk, Compliance, Audit, and VRM✅ Proficiency in Workspace and Portal development✅ Advanced scripting knowledge (JavaScript, Business Rules, UI Policies, etc.)✅ Strong integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs✅ Sound understanding of GRC processes and technical solution mapping✅ Expertise in platform administration and performance optimization✅ Excellent communication and analytical skillsPreferred CertificationsCIS – Risk and ComplianceCSA – ServiceNow System AdministratorCAD – Certified Application Developer
