The Vice President of Leasing will be responsible for overseeing and managing the leasing activities of our company's portfolio of properties. This includes developing and implementing leasing strategies, negotiating and executing lease agreements, and collaborating with property management to ensure high occupancy rates and tenant INR 35-40 lakhs per annum

Location: Noida (on-site)

Reporting Manager: Chief Operating Office (COO)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to maximize occupancy rates and rental income across the company's portfolio

2. Drive the expansion of portfolio by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and expanding market presence

3. Oversee the leasing process, including marketing vacant spaces, showing properties to prospective tenants, and negotiating and executing lease agreements

4. Liaise with broker network to enable closure of transactions and to assist with all leasing functions required to improve leasing velocity for real estate assets

5. Manage and mentor the leasing team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback

6. Collaborate with property management to ensure a smooth transition for new tenants and to address any leasing-related issues that arise

7. Analyze market trends, competition, and tenant demand to identify new leasing opportunities and to adjust leasing strategies as needed

8. Prepare and present leasing reports and forecasts to senior management and the board of directors

9. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions

Key Skills:

1. Deep exposure to the commercial leasing industry - preferably in the co-working or flexible office space

2. Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with tenants, brokers, and internal stakeholders

3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data and make data-driven decisions

4. Proficient in using real estate software and tools, such as property management systems and lease administration software

5. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of leasing professionals

6. Knowledge of local, state, and federal real estate laws and regulations
