Role Profile: Senior Process Specialist We are looking for an Senior Process Specialist to support our Reporting function, who will contribute to the success of the business by handling international accounts. The incumbent is expected to be a self- starter, who can work with minimal supervision,in a dynamic, fast- paced environment. Reporting to Manager , the Senior Process Specialist will have responsibility for the following key areas. Role description and responsibility overview Reviewing month end journals and book-keeping activities.. Preparing management accounts Suppliers – communicating to obtain information and interrogation. Client – communicating with the clients to obtain information and approval Payments – preparation and obtaining approval for payments. VAT Returns – review and file returns Corporation Tax – prepare for review Audit – preparation of year end audit file and collation of audit information. Overseeing the work prepared by Trainee or Process Associates Training the junior members of the team Supporting the Manager. IT System Requirements Xero, Sage, Quickbooks Candidate profile CA/ACCA qualified with 1 to 2 years PQE or MBA/Business graduate with 3 to 5 years of finance experience Between 3 to 5 years relevant experience Proficiency in English communication. Communicates clearly and concisely Focused on internal and external client needs Calm and focused under pressure Delivers on commitments with a sense of urgency Works with the utmost integrity, does the right thing Structured thinker, anticipates and solves problems Builds positive working relationships with energy Location / Hours • Noida. • Shift timings: 13:30 - 22:00 / 11:30 - 20:00 on a [weekly rotating basis].
