Group CFO


We are seeking an experienced and strategic Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team at Credvest, a real estate company in Bangalore. The Group CFO will play a pivotal role in steering the financial direction of the company, ensuring sustainable growth, optimizing financial performance, and driving business strategy across all divisions.


Key Responsibilities:


Financial Strategy & Leadership:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s growth and expansion goals.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and Board of Directors based on financial analysis and projections.
  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities across the group.
  • Ensure effective financial governance and compliance with relevant regulations.

Capital Management:

  • Manage the company’s capital structure, ensuring optimal capital allocation and returns on investment.
  • Oversee fundraising activities, including debt and equity financing, to support growth initiatives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with investors, banks, and financial institutions.

Financial Operations & Risk Management:

  • Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, treasury, tax, and audit functions.
  • Develop and implement robust internal controls to safeguard the company’s assets and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring the long-term financial stability of the organization.

Performance Management:

  • Monitor financial performance against strategic objectives and KPIs, driving continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with business units to optimize cost structures and improve profitability.
  • Lead the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability.


Qualifications:


Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) 

Experience:


  • Minimum 15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a CFO role.
  • Experience in the real estate sector is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record in capital raising, financial restructuring, and managing investor relations.
