SAP FICO Analyst Work Mode: Remote Shift Timing: 6 PM – 3 AM (US Shift) Experience: 10+ Years Module: SAP FICO (FI + CO) Technology: SAP S/4 HANA (1909 onwards)Role Overview We are looking for a highly experienced SAP FICO Analyst with strong expertise in both implementation and production support projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on SAP S/4 HANA experience, excellent configuration skills, and deep knowledge of financial & controlling processes.Key Responsibilities • Work on SAP FICO configuration, enhancements, and end-to-end process setups. • Support SAP S/4 HANA implementation projects (1909 and above). • Handle Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, Go-Live, and Hypercare activities. • Manage day-to-day production support and resolve user issues. • Configure and support AP, AR, Bank Integrations, Group Reporting, and Branch Reporting. • Work closely with finance stakeholders to understand business requirements. • Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams. • Ensure smooth financial closing and reporting activities.Required Skills & Experience • 10+ years of strong experience in SAP FICO. • Proven experience in both Implementation and Support projects. • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA (version 1909 or later). • Strong knowledge of AP, AR, Bank Integration, and financial reporting. • Good understanding of Controlling (CO) processes. • Excellent communication and documentation skills. • Ability to work independently in a remote setup.Additional Details • Location: Remote • Shift: 6 PM – 3 AM IST • Candidates must be comfortable working in US shift timings.
