Role:

As a Senior Product Manager at Datafoundry AI, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Safety Vigilance platform DF mSafety AI, featuring advanced AI automation. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead the creation of innovative solutions, ensuring the safety and efficacy of medicinal products, cosmetics, and medical devices.

The DF mSafety AI platform comprises a Safety Database (mSafety), Signal and Risk Management DF mSignal AI, and Literature Monitor products, infused with best-in-class AI/ML algorithms for automation and insights.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead market research to identify customer needs, market opportunities, and competitive landscape to generate and refine strategic product ideas to enhance our safety platform and drive user adoption.
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features and functionalities based on business objectives and customer needs.
  • Create detailed product backlog and ensure end-to-end feature implementation to ensure product quality, compliance, and alignment with user needs.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, AI-ML, business, and product stakeholders, as well as external partners, to drive innovative solutions.
  • Work with engineering teams to ensure products are developed according to plan, meet quality standards, and comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Document, prioritize, and communicate product requirements to development teams and key stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and advancements in AI automation within pharmacovigilance.
  • Contribute to thought leadership activities as a domain SME including participation in industry events representing the company and the products
  • Support the pre-sales and solution consulting work with clients


Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in pharma, life sciences, or a related field or equivalent experience
  • Strong knowledge of pharmacovigilance, including case submissions to regulatory authorities, signal and risk management, and case processing is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with adjacent domains, such as cosmetovigilance and materiovigilance, is desired.
  • Experience in product management within the health-tech or pharma industry.
  • Good understanding of the technology and product development lifecycle, particularly in AI automation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proactive attitude with a focus on results and delivering high-quality products.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
