JOB SUMMARY JOB SUMMARY

The role entails overseeing the overall aspects of Home Market Channel including distribution operations, administration and sales. The role bearer is responsible for guiding the home market manpower in assessing local market conditions and identifying current and prospective sales opportunities. The role bearer must develop and nurture the talent of home market manpower for the larger home market channel objectives.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage budget and allocate budget appropriately among Home market sales executives.
  • Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities.
  • Share knowledge with other branches and head office on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs.
  • Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly.
  • Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws.
  • Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and Bank.
  • Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration.
  • Share the ways to improve the Bank and the brand in the catchment area by giving innovative marketing activities ideas.
  • Ensuring Home market channel achieving overall product targets for the Bank – CASA(NTB),RTD Investments, Insurance, and other cross sell assets products (home loan, LAP,MSME, Gold Laon etc.)
  • Ensuring that home market sales executives Cultivate relationships with individual and corporate customers.
  • Managing customer centric approach & ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms.
  • Evaluate the growth strategy based on competitor analysis and feedback from different channels/customers.
  • Recommend process changes in order to improve service efficiency and quality across the home market network.
  • Facilitate a customer centric approach and achieve/exceed the defined targets
  • Monitor the home market channel network expansion as per the defined business plan.
  • Responsible for creating visibility of brand in home market by doing strategic agile activities.
  • Ensuring premium account penetration reach at desired level.
  • Accountable for hiring home market sales executives (as per indent) with coordination with local HR.
  • Responsible for NTB quality acquisition in home market.


EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATIONS

  • UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization
  • PG: Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization


RELEVANT JOB EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
