We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Product Manager who will be responsible for leading the strategy, development, and launch of innovative automotive products that meet the needs of our customers and drive business growth. The incumbent will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer service, to bring new products to market and optimize existing ones.The goal for this position is to envision plan, and execute a product roadmap that aligns with the company's overall strategic goals and delights our customers.For more details on the organization you can visit www.eaplworld.comJob Role & Responsibilities:- Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with market trends, customer needs, and business objectives.- Product Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and create detailed product roadmaps.- Product Development: Work closely with engineering and design teams to oversee the development process, from concept to launch, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.- Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and inform product decisions.- Launch and Go-to-Market: Develop go-to-market strategies and lead the launch of new products, ensuring effective positioning, messaging, and sales enablement.- Performance Monitoring: Define and track key product metrics, gather customer feedback, and use data to iterate and optimize product performance.Experience & Skills:- A minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience in product management preferably in the power industry is desirable.- Must have product knowledge of Inverters, batteries, E-Rikshaw Batteries, and Li-Ion battery packs.- Demonstrated success in launching and growing innovative products, with a deep understanding of product management best practices.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.- Passion for understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional user experiences.Educational Qualification- Bachelor's degree in business engineering, or related field.- MBA or equivalent qualification will be an added advantageAbout EASTMANEastman Auto & Power Ltd (EAPL), established in 2006, is India's fastest-growing Energy Storage solutions, Solar Energy and Power Electronics Company with an annual revenue of USD 300 Million and an employee base of 4000+ globally.
