We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to lead the development of impactful products within the EdTech and publishing space.


Position Overview:

We are looking for a talented Product Manager with a proven track record in EdTech or publishing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in product development, from ideation to execution, with a focus on launching products that resonate with educators, parents, and students. In this role, you’ll be responsible for shaping product vision, strategy, and market positioning while driving innovative solutions that make a real difference in education.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with our business goals and user needs.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to uncover opportunities for innovation in the education space.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including engineering, marketing, and sales) to ensure seamless product development and launches.
  • Create and implement go-to-market strategies that promote product adoption and drive engagement across schools and institutions.
  • Serve as the product advocate, maintaining open communication with all stakeholders to align priorities and ensure a smooth product lifecycle.
  • Identify and address customer pain points, using data-driven insights to enhance product features and usability.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, ensuring our products remain competitive and aligned with the evolving needs of the education sector.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with 5-7 years of experience in product management, preferably in the EdTech or publishing industry.
  • Proven experience managing the entire product development lifecycle, from concept through to market launch.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Passion for education, with a deep understanding of the EdTech landscape, particularly within the Indian market.
  • Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact products that drive positive learning outcomes.
