Role Overview We are seeking a detail-orientedFunctional Testerto validate and ensure the quality of enterprise solutions built onMicrosoft Power BI ,Data Engineering pipelines ,Power Apps , andDynamics CRM . The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of business processes, and experience in testing data-driven applications.Key Responsibilities Test Planning & Design Understand business requirements and translate them into comprehensive test scenarios. Develop functional test cases for Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models. Design test cases for Power Apps workflows and Dynamics CRM functionalities. Execution & Validation Perform functional, regression, and integration testing across BI and CRM platforms. Validate data accuracy, transformations, and integrity in data engineering pipelines. Ensure compliance with business rules and user experience standards. Defect Management Log, track, and verify defects using standard tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira). Collaborate with developers and business analysts to resolve issues promptly. Documentation & Reporting Maintain detailed test documentation and provide clear status reports. Prepare test summary reports and sign-off documents for releases.Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills Hands-on experience in testingMicrosoft Power BIdashboards and data models. Familiarity withETL/Data Engineeringprocesses and SQL for data validation. Working knowledge ofPower AppsandDynamics CRMfunctionalities. Understanding of API testing and integration points between systems. Testing Expertise Strong knowledge of functional testing methodologies and best practices. Experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems. Soft Skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.Preferred Qualifications Exposure toAzure Data Services(Data Factory, Synapse). ISTQB or equivalent testing certification. Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
