JD: Position:ISMS & Compliance Manager (ISO 27001 / VDA ISA) Location:Pune (Hybrid) Experience:5 to 10 YearsKey Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain theISMS frameworkin line withISO 27001andVDA ISAstandards. Create and updateinformation security policies and proceduresto ensure compliance. Conductrisk assessments , maintain therisk register , and implement mitigation plans. Preparesecurity reportshighlighting risks, findings, and corrective actions. LeadVDA ISA assessmentsand ensure continuous compliance with automotive standards. Drivecorrective and preventive actions (CAPA)based on internal and external audit findings. Required Skills & Competencies Expertise:ISO 27001 Implementation & Auditing, VDA ISA Compliance Strong in:Risk Management (ISO 31000), Incident Management, Reporting & Documentation Experience in:Security Awareness Programs, Vulnerability Assessment, and FICO Integration Tools:LSMW, LTMC, and other risk or audit management tools Behavioral Competencies Acts withintegrity, ownership, and accountability Promotesteam collaboration and empowerment Showscuriosity, innovation, and continuous improvement mindset Delivers withpassion and customer focus
