We’re re-imagining on-chain speculation with real utility and fun — a platform where users can create, trade, and settle markets on any event with real-time speed and gamified UX. We’re now looking for aworld-class backend and smart-contract developerto take full ownership of the EVM backend architecture and program design — from protocol logic to APIs, data indexing, and live on-chain settlement.What You’ll Build Coreprediction market protocol(smart contracts, liquidity logic, resolution mechanisms). Backend infrastructure forreal-time data updates , on-chain/off-chain syncing, and analytics. Secure APIs for frontend & partner integrations. Event-based oracles & automated market creation flows. Staking, settlement, and yield distribution modules. Admin and governance layer for market validation. CI/CD and deployment for testnet → mainnet rollout.You Should Have 5+ yearsbackend or blockchain engineering experience (Node.js, Go, or Rust). 3+ yearsofEVM-based smart-contractdevelopment (Solidity, Hardhat, Foundry). Deep understanding ofDEX/AMMmechanics,liquidity pools , andmarket resolution logic . Proven experience deploying and managing smart contracts onBase, Polygon, or Ethereum mainnet . Familiarity withevent indexing(The Graph, custom indexers, oracles). Experience buildingsecure APIs, WebSockets, caching layers , andon-chain data pipelines . Proficiency inPostgreSQL ,Redis ,AWS/GCP , andDocker/Kubernetes .Solid grasp ofsecurity, gas optimization, multisig flows , and upgradeable contracts. Bonus: prior work onprediction markets, perpetuals, or DeFi protocols .Nice-to-Haves Experience integrating withChainlink, Pyth, or UMAoracles. Familiarity withon-chain verification, dispute systems , orgovernance frameworks (OpenZeppelin) . Background indata streaming ,Web3 analytics , orreal-time trading UIs .
