We are a global leader in the technology arena and there’s nothing that can stop us from growing together.What we are looking forRole: Control M developer Experience Range: 5 – 10 Years Location: Bangalore candidates should come to office for Walk in Drive(Face to face Interview) Weekend Walk-in Drive: 20 December 2025(Saturday) Timing: 10AM to 1PMMust-Have:Working knowledge of Control-M architecture (Server, EM, Agent, Gateway, Database). Experience with Control-M Quantitative Resources and workload balancing. Proficiency in troubleshooting Control-M job failures and log analysis. Familiarity with batch automation processes and standards. Basic knowledge of UNIX/Linux, Windows, and scripting (Shell/Batch scripting) Good understanding of file transfer protocols (FTP/SFTP). Implement and manage Control-M Quantitative Resources and ensure efficient workload distribution Strong hands-on experience in Control-M job creation (FTP, AFT, OS) Perform daily Control-M administration including user management, calendar maintenance, and job scheduling. Support Control-M migration, upgrades, and patching activities Experience with Control-M for Cloud, APIs, or Workload Change Manager (WCM) Familiarity with database job integrations (Oracle, SQL Server).
