Title: Data Modelling SpecialistLocation: Pune / Hyderabad / MohaliResponsibilities:Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to bridge any gaps and assist the business teams & technical teams to successfully deliver the projects.Maintain quality metadata and data related artefacts which should be accurate, complete, consistent, unambiguous, reliable, accessible, traceable, and valid.Create and deliver high-quality data models, by following agreed data governance and standards.Translate high-level functional data or business requirements into technical solutions, including database designing and data mapping.Participate in activities like requirement gathering, elicitation skills, gap analysis, data analysis, effort estimation, and reviews.Qualifications:8-12 years of strong data analysis and/or data modeling experience.Individual contributor with good understanding of the SDLC & Agile methodologies.Comprehensive understanding of data modeling (conceptual, logical, and physical).Skills:Strong financial domain and data analysis skills.Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced and continuously changing environment.Problem-solving and solution-seeking approach.Team player with self-starter approach and a sense of ownership.Proficiency in SQL, MS-Office tools, GCP Big Query, Erwin, and Visual Paradigm (preferable).Company Description: Bits in Glass - IndiaIndustry Leader:Bits in Glass(BIG) has been in business for more than 20 years.
