Job Overview


Founder’s office is where the action happens Inviting passionate individuals who’ll be

working directly with the CEO and creating magic.

We are seeking a dynamic individual for Executive Assistant with extremely strong

analytical and problem-solving skills to join our team and support the Founder in effective

decision-making, project management and execution of strategic initiatives and daily

operational/ administration work of the CEO.


Role and Responsibilities


Assisting in client research, and preparing persuasive and highly researched and creative presentations for the CEO.

• Preparing reports by researching, collecting and analysing information.

• Collaborating with the Founder to build compelling narratives and impactful pitch

decks for stakeholders.

• Demonstrating a proactive and solution-oriented approach to address challenges

that arise during the execution of initiatives.

• Track and report project status and risks to the Founder and leadership team.

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities and

provide strategic recommendations to the founder.

• Attend meetings and events with the founder, and represent the company in a

professional and positive manner.

• Manage the founder's calendar and schedule, including scheduling meetings and

appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements.

• Provide administrative support for the founder, including managing emails, drafting

correspondence, preparing MOMs for external stakeholders and organizing files, data and company documents.


Requirements:


Masters or MBA from a tier-1/2 Indian/International institutions with minimum 3 years of

experience.

• Experience working in the Founder's office in a fast-paced environment/experience in a similar role highly desirable.

• Project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and execution, with some experience in project management, or related role preferred.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to conduct research and provide analytical recommendations.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft professional emails, notes and messages to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.

• Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Passion for start-ups and entrepreneurship, with a willingness to take on a wide range of tasks to support the success of the company.

• Strong expertise and prior hands on experience in Data reporting, creative Investor presentations, calendar management, MOMs.

• Strong data-driven mindset capable of analysing massive amounts of data, analysing performance using metrics.

• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and build strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize

tasks effectively.

• Drive executive-level operations strategic and business reviews, and Board

meetings.
